Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and modular components are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
